Tillandsias are very hardy houseplants and require much less attention than regular house plants, they don’t even need soil! They do require bright filtered light and an atmosphere that is not too dry. Basically you need to submerge your air plant in water every other week, remove from water, shake it upside down, then place it back in your container. If your home is dry in the winter months, misting is beneficial.
