One of our Sea Island Client’s home was featured in this month’s Coastal Living. This ocean front mediterranean-style house was designed by Thad Truett of St. Simons Island. With the help of all the designers, this new home has an old soul.
Of course, my favortie part of the house is the large fiddle fig tree in the Living Area. This tree was the prefect addition, it delivered a modern touch that mixed prefectly with the home’s traditional architecture. Fiddle fig trees thrive with lots of light and moderate water. This tree is located on the east side of the house and gets abundant morning sun, so it is very happy here.
